A managed farmland is a piece of fertile land — planted, tended, and looked after by experts — that you own outright. No farming experience needed, no daily oversight required. You simply own the land, watch it grow, and visit whenever you like, while a dedicated team handles irrigation, cultivation, and upkeep year-round.

You own the land, while a professional on-ground team takes care of farm planning, plantation, irrigation, soil health, and day-to-day maintenance — so you can enjoy owning a farm without needing to manage operations yourself.
Yes. The land is registered in your individual name with clear ownership rights. Hosachiguru does not retain ownership or lease the land to you.
Farmland can be purchased by Indian residents with a valid ID.
Management is offered as a structured service to keep the farm well maintained and consistent. Owners may choose to self-manage their land later, subject to project guidelines.
You're free to visit your farm at any time. Ownership at any Hosachiguru project also gives you access to visit our other projects.
Yes. As per applicable farmland regulations, limited construction is permitted, typically up to 10% of the land area, subject to local laws and project guidelines.
