Job Responsibilities :
- Conducting site visits to our farmland properties to guide prospects and ensure an enjoyable experience.
- Timely follow-ups with prospects to ensure each enquiry moves ahead in the sales process.
- Meeting and exceeding targets for site visits generated and conversions to bookings.
- Keeping up to date with our offerings as well as competition.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Maintaining overview of all enquiries in the system to generate new site visits or to re-activate older site visit data.
- Participating in events, conferences and project launches when required.
- Collaborating with the operations and hospitality teams to develop, implement and improve facilities and experiences at the farms.

We are hiring a detail-oriented legal professional experienced in corporate real estate law. The role includes handling property transactions, title checks, compliance, and contract support. Familiarity with Karnataka land regulations is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate sale deeds, lease deeds, JV agreements, and title transfer documents.
- Conduct title verification and property due diligence.
- Advise land laws, RERA, zoning, and environmental matters.
- Support structuring of acquisitions and related corporate transactions.
- Liaise with authorities such as BBMP, BDA, KIADB, and KSPCB for approval.
