Civil
Executive – Site Engineer
Experience: 3–5 Years Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities, coordinate with architects and vendors, ensure quality standards, and handle daily execution and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with construction drawings, estimation, and planning tools.
Job Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret plans, sections, and elevation drawings.
- Coordinate with architects and Head Office on design and work-related issues.
- Execute work accurately based on the given dimensions and drawings.
- Monitor site progress and update daily reports.
- Supervise site execution and ensure quality control.
- Prepare job estimates and track material costs.
- Enforce health and safety compliance at the site.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and execution.

Legal
Legal Executive
Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time
We're looking for a Real Estate Corporate Advocate with expertise in real estate acquisitions, title verification, regulatory compliance, registration formalities, contract negotiations, and coordination with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate MoUs, Agreements to Sell, Sale Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, Lease Deeds, Gift Deeds, Rectification Deeds, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), GPAs, Development Agreements, Indemnity Bonds, Affidavits, and other property-related legal documents.
- Provide legal support for acquisition, sale, leasing, and transfer of residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.
- Conduct comprehensive title verification and legal due diligence, including chain of title, Encumbrance Certificates, RTC, Mutation Records, Khata, and revenue records.
- Handle end-to-end property registrations before the Sub-Registrar Office, including stamp duty adjudication and coordination with purchasers, sellers, banks, and registration consultants.
- Coordinate with the Revenue Department for mutation, Khata transfer/bifurcation, Phodi/sub-division, survey matters, and land conversion.
- Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, surveyors, banks, and statutory departments; assist in legal notices, litigation matters, and property disputes.
Qualifications: LLB/LLM from a recognized institution, with 3–5 years in corporate real estate law with a law firm, developer, or corporate legal department. Strong understanding of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, Karnataka Land Reforms Act, Registration Act, Stamp Act, Transfer of Property Act, and RERA-Karnataka. Proficiency in English and Kannada preferred.
Legal Documentation Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Jayanagar
We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive – Documentation (Legal) to handle legal documents, contracts, and records. The role involves maintaining proper documentation, supporting compliance processes, and coordinating with internal teams and legal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation, both physical and digital records.
- Track contract timelines, renewals, and expiry dates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal advisors; assist in drafting basic legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of all legal and business documents.
- Support compliance processes and assist during audits by providing required documentation.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in law / commerce / business administration, with 1–3 years of experience in legal documentation or a similar role. Basic understanding of legal terminology and contracts, proficiency in MS Office, and strong attention to detail.
Farm Operations & Agronomy
Junior Environmentalist
Experience: 5+ years Qualification: Agriculture / Horticulture / Farm Management
Oversee daily farm operations, manage resources, engage visiting customers, and ensure productivity and compliance with company standards.
Junior Agronomist
Location: Hosachiguru Farms (On-site) Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture or related field Experience: 1–3 years preferred
We are looking for a dedicated Junior Agronomist to support our farm operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of soil health, plant nutrition, and sustainable agricultural practices. This is a field-intensive role requiring close monitoring of crop health and coordination with farm teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor plant health and diagnose pests and diseases.
- Stay on-site at farms and oversee day-to-day field activities.
- Conduct irrigation audits and generate reports; perform soil analysis including pH, EC, and organic carbon.
- Support fertigation schedules and plant nutrition plans.
- Track planting, replanting, and mortality data.
- Collect and input field data into the "My Farm" app, and assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and annual project reports.
- Coordinate with field teams for customer engagement activities and analyze collected data to support agronomic decision-making.
Knowledge & Skills: Understanding of soil types, structures, and properties; knowledge of sustainable and regenerative farming practices; familiarity with pests and diseases in fruit and timber crops; strong communication and coordination abilities. Willingness to stay at farm locations and work in field conditions.

HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define role expectations.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate fit, and coordinate with hiring teams.
- Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics, including TAT and hiring reports.
