At Hosachiguru, your farmland is managed by our in-house team of experts, agronomists, farm managers, and sustainability specialists. From soil care to crop planning, we handle daily operations while keeping your vision at the center. You stay involved as a co-farmer, without the everyday hassle.

Yes. In Karnataka, recent amendments to the Land Reforms Act now allow anyone to legally purchase farmland, regardless of whether they have an agricultural background. At Hosachiguru, we ensure the entire process is transparent, compliant, and hassle-free, so you can confidently step into farmland ownership.
5. How do you transfer ownership?
Once you decide to purchase a plot, Hosachiguru facilitates the entire legal process, from due diligence to documentation. The land is registered in your name through a sale deed at the sub-registrar’s office, following all legal protocols. You receive the Khata, mutation records, and other relevant

No, NRis are not permitted to purchase agricultural land in India as per FEMA regulations. Farmland ownership is restricted to Indian citizens. However, NRis can legally invest in other types of land, such as RERA-registered projects like Unnati.
