Job Title: Site Engineer 

Experience: 3–5 years  

Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech  Role Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage on-site construction  activities, coordinate with architects and vendors, ensure quality standards, and handle daily  execution and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with construction  drawings, estimation, and planning tools. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Read and interpret plans, sections, and elevation drawings 
  • Coordinate with architects and Head Office on design and work-related issues
  • Execute work accurately based on the given dimensions and drawings
  • Monitor site progress and update daily reports 
  • Supervise site execution and ensure quality control 
  • Prepare job estimates and track material costs 
  • Enforce health and safety compliance at the site

Experience: 1 to 3 Years 

Position Overview: 

The Junior Surveyor will assist in land and infrastructure surveys, site marking, and data  collection using DGPS and Total Station. The role involves supporting layout and alignment  activities, preparing survey reports, and ensuring equipment accuracy while maintaining quality  standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in conducting DGPS and Total Station surveys for land development and  infrastructure projects. 
  • Support site marking, layout setting, and alignment work as per approved drawings.
  • Collect, record, and verify accurate field data for preparing survey reports and  drawings. 
  • Maintain and calibrate survey instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Assist in preparing as-built drawings, survey reports, and daily progress records.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and company guidelines during all site  activities. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 
  • Hands-on knowledge of survey instruments (Total Station, DGPS).
  • Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. 
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. 
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in surveying or a related field.

Job Title: Executive Legal & Liaison

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) 

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal & Liaison Executive to handle legal drafting, negotiations,  mitigation, and liaison activities with various government authorities. The role requires legal acumen combined  with effective coordination skills to ensure timely approvals, documentation, and compliance with regulatory  requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Legal Drafting & Advisory 

  • Title Scrutiny of Legal Documents. 
  • Draft and review basic legal documents, agreements, contracts, and notices. 
  • Assist in negotiations related to property matters. 
  • Provide support in dispute mitigation and coordinate with external counsel, when necessary. Liaison & Government Coordination 
  • Liaise with Revenue Offices, Sub-Registrar Offices, and other government departments to secure  necessary approvals and clearances. 
  • Obtain minute approvals and ensure accurate submission of required documents.
  • Coordinate with local Panchayat Offices, Taluk Offices, and Survey Departments for property-related  matters, land records, and approvals. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with officials to ensure smooth progress of documentation and compliance  processes.

  • Ensure timely procurement and submission of documents as per regulatory and organizational  requirements. 
  • Maintain updated records of approvals, registrations, and government communications. 

Required Skills: 

  • Any additional certification in liaison/government relations is a plus. 
  • Experience in legal drafting, liaison, or land/property-related legal matters. 
  • Understanding of land laws, registration processes, and government approval systems.

  • Meeting and exceeding targets for site visits generated and conversions to  bookings.
  • Keeping up to date with our offerings as well as competition.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the  CRM. Maintaining overview of all enquiries in the system to generate new site  visits or to re-activate older site visit data.
  • Participating in events, conferences and project launches when required.
  • Collaborating with the operations and hospitality teams to develop, implement and improve facilities and experiences at the farms.
