Position: Junior Agronomist – Timber and Horticulture

  • Education: B. Sc in Agriculture/Forestry/Horticulture.
  • Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

  1. Knowledge on timber and horticulture plantations for health and growth. 
  2. Monitor implementation of Agronomy operations scheduled at each farm and report compliance.  
  3. Educate and evaluate Agronomy practices, quality of work and identify pool proof solutions. 
  4. Participate in planning of seasonal activities in advance.
  5. Technical knowhow about the basic concepts of experimental designs.
  6. Good knowledge of irrigation water management/farm pond preparations.
  7. Good in management of nursery – Timber, fruit and flowering species. 
  8. Coordinate with corporate office and visiting agronomists for planning and implementation.

  • Implementation of Agronomy practices in farms (multiple). 
  • Standardised Agronomy practices in different farms.

Position: Inside Sales Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building relationships with customers, and closing sales. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be customer-focused, and be able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for qualifying prospects, and closing deals over the phone or via email. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all customer inquiries are promptly responded to and that revenue targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We’ll need someone who has hands on experience in sales
  • Relevant experience to evaluate the interest of customers, take leads and sell the farmland to the customer.
  • Sunday will be working and Wednesday will be the week-off

  • Qualify leads and develop a thorough understanding of their needs, budget, decision-making process, and timeline.

Position: Marketing Associate – Content & Communication

Job Description: 

  1. Writing clear, precise, creative & catchy content for various organic and paid marketing activities such as – blogs, articles, emailers, whatsapp and text messages. 
  2. Support in development of brand and event marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, event backdrops, standees, etc.
  3. Support the social media and digital advertising teams with relevant, catchy copy. 
  4. Regular updation and improvement of content across all web pages. 
  5. Prepare well-structured drafts for website, blogs, emailers and whatsapp messages using Content Management System (WordPress), Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AI-enabled tools.
  6. Coordinate with internal designers to illustrate articles and blogs effectively.
  7. Coordinate with other internal teams to derive new concepts and ideas.
  8. Using appropriate tools for content distribution across relevant channels such as Quora, Reddit, Twiggit, etc.
  9. Regular development of content as per the content calendar in a timely manner with effective content and copy updates.
  10. Conducting thorough research on industry and company related topics.
  11. Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
  12. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, customer challenges, in order to derive more engaging, catchy content for our target audience.
  13. Support content development for internal corporate communication. 
  14. Work closely with other departments to cover all aspects of the industry, company and workings within each team, to capture the information and communicate it in a captivating way. 
  15. Coordinate in writing and editing SEO related content requirements such as blogs on guest websites and forums. 

 

Requirements: 

  1. Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
  2. 1+ year of work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role.
  3. Minimum of 3 completed write-ups from personal portfolio or past projects. 
  4. Familiarity in working with Content Management Systems such as WordPress. 
  5. Ability to meet project deadlines effectively. 
  6. Timely with the ability to manage ad-hoc requirements positively. 

 

KRAs: 

  1. Regular development of content pieces as per the annual content calendar. 
  2. Improve open rates of promotional, lead nurturing and automated journey emailers. 
  3. Minimum of 6 blogs to be written and published per month on website and social media. 
  4. Increase audience visits and engagement on the website with regular blog updates. 
  5. Minimum of 3 paid blogs to be reviewed and published per month.

Position: Marketing Associate – Social Media & Event Marketing

Job Description: 

  1. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences on different social media channels. 
  2. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
  3. Set specific objectives per month and report on ROI. 
  4. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily in the form of posts, stories, tweets etc. using original copy and creatives (static, gifs, videos).  
  5. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics from social media. 
  6. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency and regular content updates are done. 
  7. Build, nurture and manage social media followers and create communities on the basis of the brand’s target consumer segments. 
  8. Ensure respectful and appropriate community engagement online. 
  9. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. 
  10. Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout). 
  11. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions. 
  12. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications. 
  13. Supporting the advertising team with relevant targeting, content concepts, creative imagery that resonates with the target audience. 
  14. Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
  15. Improving and maintaining a solid social media presence for the brand. 
  16. Monitoring the company’s brand on social media and ensuring the tone of voice and brand book are adhered to. 
  17. Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
  18. Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
  19. Overseeing customer service provided via social media (chatbot and responses). 
  20. Building timely reports on a bi-weekly and monthly basis to track social media KPIs. 
  21. Analysing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
  22. Coordinating with the internal teams to set up and manage physical and online events effectively.

 

Requirements:
